Shipping Policy
  • We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. For COD orders an additional fee of Rs. 50 is applicable.

  •           Note: In some areas, an extra fee of Rs 50 is charged due to courier restrictions.

Order Processing

 

  • We strive to fulfill orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be expected to be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Our business days are Monday-Saturday.

Shipping Time

 

  • For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 7 days. Currently our services are likely to be impacted due to the COVID-19 precautionary measures

 

  • undertaken.There could be a possible delay of 2-3 business days in delivery

ORDER TRACKING


You will be able to track your package using your order ID, from our website itself.

Return & Exchange Policy

5-DAY RETURNS


•Items purchased from us are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 5 days of delivery.

•If you receive damaged product, you need to raise return request within 24 hours. Any request after that will not be considered.

•Exchange/Return is not applicable in case of customized products.

•Items can only be exchanged with another size of the same product. There is no exchange with another product or colour.

• The process of exchange may take upto 10-15 days to complete.

EXCHANGES


•You will be charged Rs 75 to exchange a single t-shirt. 

•You will be charged Rs 100 to exchange Hoodie/Sweatshirt.

•Incase you want to exchange more than 1 tshirt, you will be charged Rs 50 per tshirt.

•Incase you want to exchange more than 1 hoodie/sweatshirt, you will be charged Rs 100 per product.

For example, If you want to exchange 4 tshirts, the total amount that you have to pay is : 4 * Rs 50= Rs 200

RETURN

​

•In case you return one product, you will be charged Rs 100 as courier handling charges. 

•Incase you want to return more than 1 product, you will be charged Rs 100 per product.

•In case the courier comes back to us because of incomplete address given by the customer, he will be charged Rs 100 as shipping charges.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY


•Customers can raise a return request within 5 days after an order has been delivered by mailing us at support@sabrwale786.com
•Once your return request is verified by our support team reverse pickup will be initiated from our end.
•Exchange is subject to product availability.
•If you have received a defective product, send us images at support@sabrwale786.com and we will get back to you. Once they are verified by our support team the refund/exchange will be provided.
•Any refund will be processed into your bank account or Store Wallet.

Note: Refund to your Bank account will take upto 7-10 days. 

Refund to your Store Wallet will be done within 24 hours. 

•In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.
•If the reverse pick up service to your address Pincode is not available we would ask you to process the Self-Shipping / Self Courier to return us the product.
•We will credit Rs 100 as a self shipping costs Refund into your TGS Wallet which you can use in your future purchase.
•If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.

SELF SHIP PROCESS


•Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

TERMS & CONDITION FOR REFUND


•Any refund will be processed into your bank account or your Sillyapa Wallet.

Note: Refund to your Bank account will take upto 7-10 days. 

Refund to your Store Wallet will be done within 24 hours. 

•We update our customers via email once we initiate the refund procedure.
•If a cancellation is required after the product is shipped, we will provide a bank refund upon request, after the package reaches back to us.
•Defective/ Damaged in transit - Once confirmed by the Customer Care Team the refund will be provided.
•Wrong/ Missing products - We can either ship out the product(s) (if available in stock at the time) or a refund.

CANCELLATION


•Orders can be cancelled from our end  if you provide incomplete address.
